Aligned Business Growth vs Hustle Culture

Believe it or not, your mindset is responsible for at least 80% of your business growth results. A prosperity mindset is key to stop forcing success, stop chasing money and create prosperity in your business.

Your mindset emanates the energy frequency of how you see yourself, your life, your business, your relationships, your health, and everything else. The frequency of your identity interacts with the Quantum Field and the Law of Attraction brings you the experiences that match the frequency.

You know the saying, “How you do one thing is how you do everything?” This doing of one thing stems from your identity - your beliefs about yourself filter through every area in your life.

Identity, attitude and mindset are different aspects of the same. It’s a lens through which you filter all your experiences. It determines your focus, choices and decisions.

How does this affect your business?

If you believe you are not good enough, not deserving, not worthy, and that everything you have to do is fight for what you want and make it happen, you will carry that same attitude toward your business, relationships, and money.

This doesn’t feel good on any level - mentally, emotionally, physically, or spiritually. It pushes clients and money away. It also drains your health and vitality.

Now, if you have the identity of I am enough, I am worthy, I am deserving, everything happens for me, I align with my True Self and allow my desires to manifest in Divine Timing, then you are a super attractor for spiritual prosperity.

Can you feel the difference?

Can you sense the difference in the frequency of the language?

Self-Talk

We speak our reality into existence and it starts with our self-talk. Imagine self-talk at these two polarities.

At one end, it’s encouraging and loving and uplifting and at the other, it’s blaming and condemning and criticizing. See this on a continuum and at any given moment, we are somewhere on that continuum. Now remember the mind is always comparing and competing to survive. It’s the ego-mind’s nature.

When we look at how this plays out in business, we look at force versus flow. Again, the identity of fear and control versus trust and surrender plays out.

When we are identified with the ego-mind, we believe that there’s not enough.

We feel the pressure to take action from the place of fear, obligation and scarcity.

We buy into the false assumptions of the mind - I’d be forgotten if I don’t post, someone else will get my clients, I won’t make the money I need and I’ll be homeless.

Ego vs Higher Self

If we take action from this place, we succumb to the ego to alleviate the pressure. We choose the ego over our Higher Self, we lose our alignment with thriving and prosperity, and we are back in survival mode.

Your Higher Self won’t pressure you to take action. Only when you feel inspired, aligned action will flow naturally. First, tune into the energy of the outcome.

Sit with the desire, feel the outcome happen, see the unfolding of the end result, hear what you hear, feel it fully using all the senses. It’s already done. There’s no need for force.

When we operate in the energy of hustling, we have an underlying anxiety of not getting what we want, fueled by the urgency of surviving. We believe that we are not supported. Our focus is on what’s missing in the external reality. When we get an idea, we try to force its manifestation before we give it a chance to develop. It’s like that saying, “You hear the ringing, but you don’t know where the bell is.” This is the drive of surviving, beating others to it, getting there first. Only to realize you arrived at the wrong place.

So, how do we cultivate an aligned business?

Let Go and Trust

Firstly, by slowing down. There’s no rush, there’s nothing to miss out on. Pause, breathe and reflect on your ideas, offers, and actions. Don’t let your ego-mind’s impatience pressure you to try to micromanage the Universe.

When you get a new idea, let it develop. It’s like planting a seed and nurturing it with sunlight and water. Give it your attention. Sit with it, dream about the possibilities of it. Once it’s ready, your Higher Self will let you know.

Do only what feels good. If you don’t feel inspired, don’t take action. Find something fun to do. It means the timing is not right.

What this all boils down to is to surrender control. This is scary, and your ego-mind will do anything to stay in control, often by focusing on what’s missing or the fear of not getting what you desire.

You will feel the uncertainty and the fear of the unknown grab hold of you. Let it. Welcome it in. Let it ride out and release from your system. These are not your truths. Your Truth is that the Unknown is where the Magic is of Infinite Possibilities. Your Truth is not in the external reality because it’s always catching up to your inner reality. Your Truth is your inner reality. Make sure that the outer reality catches up to what you want, not what you don’t want.

Alignment is a PRACTICE. It’s the ongoing journey of Becoming Your True Self.

Clarity

Clarity is crucial. Having clarity of your vision, your offers, your message and the result for your clients.

If you are not clear, you send out a frequency that is contaminated with doubt. Spend time with your Divine Muse to give you clarity.

Your mind thinks in pictures. Hold the image of the end result of your vision and feel that joy and gratitude to integrate into your subconscious mind. Practice visualizing, seeing yourself doing what you do, how you help your clients, how they blossom, how they thank you, how fulfilled you feel.

Preparation

Be prepared. If you suddenly receive ten new clients, are you prepared to handle them? Is everything in place to enroll them?

It’s no use to have the desire to generate $10000 more in your business, but you don’t have the channels ready to receive the money.

What will you do with the money?

What are the ways this money can flow to you now?

I realized that although I had ideas of how to receive more income, I didn’t have the offers in place to receive clients. That inspired me to expand my offers and also set up the pages so that when the Universe brings me a client, I am ready to receive them.

As you can see, having an aligned business is a practice and unfolding in flow with the Universe, letting go of the ego mind, and trusting that what you desire has already been given. You just need to practice inner alignment with it. Your business, relationships, and health will thank you for it.
