Self-Love Is the Most Powerful Force to Create Conscious Abundance

When we fully realize that we are co-creators with the Universe and understand the distinct roles and responsibilities of each, we can finally stop struggling and start living.

The Universe unfolds through us, through the frequencies of our thoughts, emotions, words, actions, and results.

We are one with All That Is. This means whatever we ask for is given, and when we are a vibrational match for it, it manifests in our physical reality. This is Universal Law.

We become a vibrational match for our desires when we focus on the end result of already having it, not on how or when it must arrive.

Our role is to focus on the WHAT. When we add WHY we want it, it strengthens our vibration. When we use our imagination to see ourselves as who we want to be, doing what we love, having what we deeply desire, and feeling the gratitude and satisfaction that come with it, it must manifest.

The truth is that the how and when are not our responsibility. That is up to the Universe. All we need to know is that it will show up in a way that is totally unexpected and even better than we imagined.

As human beings with our human brains, we don’t have access to the grander scheme of things. It’s above our pay grade, as it were. Our job is to dream, sit back, relax, and enjoy watching our desires manifest in beautiful ways.

But most of us don’t follow the rules and stay in our lanes as creators because we’ve been conditioned to believe we’re separate from what we want and from each other. The truth is that everything you can ever dream of already exists as a potential within the Quantum Field. The fact that you can think of it means you can have it.

The biggest obstacle to staying true to our roles and responsibilities is a lack of trust in the Universe, which leads us to want to control every detail. In other words, it is an attachment to the how and when of what we desire to manifest.

The lack of trust in the Universe, a collective term for God, the Creator, the Higher Self, the Divine Team, or the Higher Power, stems from trusting the Mind more than the Creator who created us and who resides within us.

The Mind I refer to is your limited ego-mind, which can only draw on the past to project into the future. It is your lower self, and it overestimates its power. Its intention is to stay in control, protecting you so you can survive. As a child, that was necessary. But as an adult, it will sabotage your dreams to keep you safe in your comfort zone because it’s familiar, even if it’s miserable. Anything beyond the comfort zone is deemed a negative outcome because it does not fit the old paradigm.

Although some fields of thought argue that the ego should be eliminated, I don’t believe in that. First, the ego-mind is the conditioned subconscious mind; it’s part of who we are. A better way to ensure the ego's “death” is to align it with your Higher Self through Self-Love.

The more you love yourself, the more your heart opens, the higher your frequency, and the more attractive you become to your desires.

If you are invested in and identified with your ego, you probably don’t like yourself much, criticize yourself, and bring yourself down. And if you don’t love yourself, you are missing out on the most enlightening force in your life.

We cannot create what we don’t love. Since you are the creator, you can’t manifest anything you love unless you love yourself first. When we come from love within, the Forces of the Unseen are behind us.

Here are some ways to practice self-love.

Self-Acceptance

You need to know that you chose this incarnation for your soul’s evolution. That includes your family, body, personality, talents, and skills. You have agreed to soul contracts, circumstances, relationships, and everything else.

You see, our lives are both predetermined and shaped as we go along. The Universe doesn’t make mistakes; you are not here by accident but for a specific purpose, which is to find your way Home.

We are under the illusion that we control our lives. We don’t control anything. We only control how we respond to Life.

Start by accepting yourself, the cards life dealt you, the people in your life, and your circumstances.

When we let go of resisting what shows up, we find inner peace and radiate a higher frequency.

Self-Forgiveness

You haven’t done anything wrong, made mistakes, or missed opportunities, so stop feeling guilty or ashamed about the past.

Forgive yourself for any “wrongdoing” as your mind sees it, and focus on what’s working in your life.

Self-Appreciation

Take a moment to look at how far you’ve come. Most of us have started life in circumstances opposite to what our souls’ evolution is here to overcome. For most, this doesn’t happen in one lifetime. So be gentle with yourself.

Become your greatest cheerleader and best friend. Write letters to yourself filled with grand self-talk that acknowledges you and builds your self-esteem.

Self-Compassion

Instead of feeling frustrated for not having manifested your dreams, have compassion for yourself. Be kind to yourself rather than berating yourself.

Many of us need to re-parent ourselves with loving kindness, compassion, and encouragement, and this goes a long way toward sustaining our path Home to ourselves.

Self-Respect

The way you see and treat yourself determines how you allow others to treat you. Hold yourself in the highest regard, and others will follow suit.

If you treat yourself with contempt, as a victim or as someone unimportant, others will follow your example.

Self-Integrity

Keep the promises you make to yourself. Follow through on your decisions.

If you decide to start a daily exercise routine or to meditate, don’t give them up to satisfy someone else’s agenda.

Clarify why you want to do something so that you are clear about your motivations.

Self-Trust

You are guided more than you could ever know. Trust that you are guided, and follow your heart.

Take action from your heart, and then let go of any attachment to how it should turn out.

Don’t make yourself wrong. Trust that all is well and that everything works out for your highest good.

Self-Care

You are the most important person in your life. Your body is the only one you have.

Take care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

That means eating well and exercising to sustain yourself physically.

Spend time with people who lift you up and inspire you to become your best.

Also, spend time with yourself by meditating or pausing to create inner space for reflection and to connect to your heart.

What you consume consumes you, so be mindful of the books you read, the videos and movies you watch, and the music you listen to.

Self-Love

Self-love is the Kingdom of God within us; it’s the heaven within your soul. It’s the way to transform the ego without resistance.

Practicing self-love shifts your ego-mind to match the frequency of your Higher Self. This upgrade elevates your identity across thoughts, emotions, speech, self-talk, and actions.

Practicing these elevated states of mind elevates your consciousness, enabling you to thrive through co-creation with the Universe.

Your level of self-love directly influences the prosperity and well-being you bring into your life and business.
